Boardroom and Meeting Room Facilities
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is a fully functional modern meeting space, fully equipped for all your needs with a data projection system provided as standard and broadband connectivity is by hard-wire or wireless connection. We also provide flipcharts, whiteboards, complimentary bottled water and stationary. Additonally we can organise catering on your behalf.
The Boardroom itself has a flexible set-up with re-arrangable furniture to support your needs whether you require the space for interviews, conferences, presentations or workshops.
Meeting Room
Alternatively you can hire a meeting room. Furnished to a modern standard with wireless internet, this room is suitable for up to four people and is ideal for interviews. Furniture can be arranged to suit your requirements and a complimentary flipchart, water bottles and whiteboard can be supplied. You can also make full use of the adjoining breakout area.
We will meet and greet your visitors and arrange any special requirements such as secretarial support or catering facilities.
Both boardroom and meeting rooms are DDA* complient.
