Option 1: Mail Service
For a fixed monthly rate you will have the use of our prestigious mailing address in the heart of BT9. Your post will be received/signed for on a daily basis and you will be notified immediately of its arrival. It will be held in reception for collection at your convenience or forwarded to you at a designated address.
Option 2: Mail and Telephone Service
For a fixed monthly rate, in additon to the use of our prestigious mailing address, you will be allocated your own telephone number and your calls will be answered by a receptionist in your company name. Messages will be taken to your specification and forwarded to you for free by email or we can forward calls directly to a designated number.
There are three levels of virtual office available:
| Bronze - | Up to ten calls a day |
| Silver - | Between ten & twenty calls a day |
| Gold - | Between twenty & thirty calls a day |
Inclusive in both options is the ability to hire the boardroom and the meeting room facilities at a reduced rate, as and when you require them. You will benefit from the use of the reception service on a daily basis where we will meet and greet your clients.
We can also arrange secretarial support packages and catering services when required.
The virtualOFFICE package boasts all the benefits of a pretigious address and professional reception service for a small monthly fee. It is ideal for start up companies and established companies who no longer wish to use a home address for correspondance.
